Abroad in Prague 2012

Howdy! Ben Zweig’s the name.

I am spending the spring semester of my junior year at New York University abroad in Prague, the beautiful capital of the Czech Republic. This blog offers a glimpse of my experience abroad — my culinary adventures, weekend trips, perspective on European culture, etc.

My new year’s resolution is to strip myself down — err, metaphorically — to a sponge, soaking up everything Europe has to offer. I’ve taken a vow to crash into my environment, to journey beyond my comfort zone and taste the world from a new perspective.

My trip will last just over four months. I plan to spend a final 1-2 weeks in Europe after the semester is over, visiting additional countries:
